Shipping Policy
At Mona, we want you to receive your treatment as quickly as possible — because we know that once you've decided to look after your skin, you don't want to wait.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed within 24 to 48 working hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll automatically receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
ORDER TRACKING
As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive an email with: — Your tracking number — A direct link to the carrier's website — The estimated delivery date
You can also track all your orders from your customer account on mona-ritual.com.
DELIVERY ISSUES
Parcel not received after the stated time frame First, check your tracking, then contact the carrier directly. If the problem continues for more than 7 days after the estimated delivery date, email us at mona.ritual.contact@gmail.com with your order number — we'll take care of everything.
Parcel damaged on arrival Refuse the parcel if you can, or take photos of the packaging and the contents. Send it all to mona.ritual.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours of receipt. We'll send you a new parcel at no charge.
Wrong delivery address You have 2 hours after placing your order to email us and correct your address. After that, your order will be in preparation and can no longer be changed.
DESTINATIONS OUTSIDE THE EU
For any order outside the European Union, please contact us directly at mona.ritual.contact@gmail.com before ordering. We review each request on a case-by-case basis.
Please note: for deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and local taxes may apply. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
